2024

Apex’s evolution in 2024 focused on empowering women, having served over 20,000+ active clients with a 100% success rate.

2025

Apex established itself as Singapore’s leading premium outcall personal training service, launched First Personal Training, and formed partnerships with women’s-focused health clinics across the island — bringing specialist care and expert coaching closer to the women who need it most.
