Meet Sha, Strength & Conditioning Coach at Apex Training and Performance

Specialising in strength and conditioning, fat loss, and functional fitness, Sha has spent several years helping clients transform their bodies while building strength that lasts. He is certified as an ACE Personal Trainer and Level 2 Nutritionist, equipping him with the expertise to design structured programmes that balance performance, aesthetics, and long-term sustainability.

Sha’s approach blends resistance training and functional movement, focusing on improving body composition, movement quality, and strength. Having worked with clients recovering from injuries, he places strong emphasis on proper technique, mobility, and progressive overload to help individuals regain confidence and perform at their best — safely and effectively.

He has also worked closely with beauty pageant models across South-East Asia, helping them achieve peak physique for competition. Beyond training, Sha’s background as a model has seen him featured in fashion week runways in Indonesia, Coca-Cola advertisements, and various other campaigns.

Today at Apex, Sha continues to empower clients through structured strength and conditioning programmes, helping them achieve visible results while building a resilient and capable body.
