A specialist in Fat Loss, Boxing, and Pregnant & Postpartum Recovery Training, Darren combines his technical expertise with years of competitive experience to guide clients towards their goals. With a strong foundation in functional strength and conditioning, he focuses on proper technique, progressive training methods, and consistency to deliver sustainable, remarkable results.

Before stepping into coaching, Darren built his career as a high-level combat sports athlete. He competed internationally in Jiu Jitsu, winning 15 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals. In 2018, he claimed victory at the National Wrestling Trials, earning his spot on the Singapore National Wrestling Team, before joining the Singapore National Jiu Jitsu Team in 2019.

Today at Apex, Darren channels his competitive edge and deep knowledge into helping clients of all backgrounds unlock their full potential.
