Orders may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of reception. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@apextrainingandperformance.com along with your order number and the issue you have with your item.
Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
